Job Title: Multi-Unit Customer Service Representative

 

Reports to:  Director of Multi-Unit Accounts

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Multi-Unit Sales

Location: Houston, TX

 

General Purpose of Job:

Maintaining existing sales within assigned customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following other duties may be assigned:

  • Oversee, maintain and develop existing business.
  • Maintain Order Guides for existing business.
  • Review orders to ensure accuracy
  • Develop daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy.
  • Review weekly Sales Report to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
  • Develop a relationship with assigned customers.
  • Issue Daily Credits in a timely fashion as needed
  • Work closely with the purchasing department on customer needs.
  • Manage LTO's and Menu changes
  • Participate in Weekly/Monthly Conference Calls
  • Submit Monthly/Quarterly Reporting for assigned customers
  • Participate in all sales/marketing functions as it relates to company business
  • To promote a positive attitude within the company.
  • Work closely with operations and management regarding sales needs.
  • Must be able to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Other responsibilities as required

Language Skills:

  •  Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and contracts
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and communicate well with customers, vendors, and team members

 

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Understanding and proficient with formulas to create  spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 21 years of age
  2. Must pass all screens
  3. Willing to work additional hours, holidays and weekends as requested
  4. Available for questions and problem solving outside of normal business hours

 

Education and Experience

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience preferred
